Learn how to take control of your health and prevent diseases, such as diabetes, with small, sustainable, systematic changes. The program gives participants the tools to permanently lose 4-7% of their body weight, the optimal amount to prevent diabetes. HELD: Class meets weekly for 12 weeks and biweekly for 4 weeks.
